Backed by the Community of Madrid, developed within the Alastria consortium, and funded through the EU’s NextGenerationEU programme, ISBE is designed as a production infrastructure and the first network in Europe intended to qualify as a qDLT.
The discussion will cover ISBE’s Besu-based architecture, GDPR-focused design, identity framework aligned with the EUDI Wallet, smart contract governance model, and non-financial token use cases focused on traceability and document lifecycles.
